Course Overview
Our 2-day, on-site, interactive Service Catalog workshop provides the guidance needed to create a foundational catalog. We focus the team on understanding what a service is (as opposed to just the “stuff that IT does”). We then proceed to develop a logical service catalog by identifying lines of services, services, and service offerings; in other words, we help you to organize what you already do in a customer-friendly way that promotes conversations around the value of IT (not just the cost of IT). We work with you to refine the catalog by repeating several iterations.
