The long-awaited AXELOS publication, ITIL 4: Digital and IT Strategy, is now available. Erika Flora, CEO of Beyond20, served as Lead Editor for the piece. Brian Flora, Principal at Beyond20, and David Crouch, Senior ITSM Consultant at Beyond20, also made major authorial contributions to the release.
