Erika Flora, CEO of Beyond20, an IT Service Management consulting firm and ITIL training provider, has been named a winner of SmartCEO Magazine’s 2017 Brava Award. The Brava Awards honor the distinguished achievements of high-impact female business leaders who combine their irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for giving back to the community.

Erika has worked in the IT Service Management and Project Management industry for more than 15 years and has been a strong voice and advocate for those both within and outside of IT. Throughout her career, she has mentored students and professionals of all ages and has been involved in organizations that help women and entrepreneurs alike, including: the Ellevate Network that helps women advance in the workplace – both for themselves and the greater good, Seed Spot that helps entrepreneurs start ventures that positively impact their community, Build MetroDC that engages students from under-resourced communities through entrepreneurship mentoring and coaching, as well as WIT (Women in Technology) and the Leadership Foundry that works to advance women to the corporate boardroom.
