Erika Flora, CEO of IT Service Management consulting firm Beyond20, lends her voice to a panel on women in technology at the 2017 Cherwell Global Conference in Colorado Springs, CO. The long-time ITSM consultant will join fellow panelists in exploring the unique challenges faced by women in the information technology field, from elevating women to leadership roles in the industry, to embracing authenticity and strength even in the most challenging of circumstances.
“It’s an honor to be invited to contribute to this conversation, one that’s long been close to my heart,” said Flora. “At Beyond20, we believe in supporting women in tech and helping create a better workplace for women at all levels in their careers.”
With over a decade of experience in the IT Service Management industry, Flora has long been an enthusiastic voice in the conversation around supporting women in the industry and propelling them to leadership positions. She is published many times over on the subject and spends much of her time volunteering as a mentor to women pursuing careers in technology. Flora is also involved with several professional organizations in support of women in leadership and tech – including WIT (Women in Technology) and the Leadership Foundry that works to advance women to the corporate boardroom, NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), and WPO (Women President’s Organization).
