Beyond20 Senior Advisor, Andy Rivers, has been selected along with Karalee Woody to present “Service Catalog: An End-to-End Perspective” at Educause Connect conferences this year in Denver (March 2 – 4) and Miami (April 6 – 8). The former Associate CIO of the University of Tennessee system has over ten years experience in the industry, his higher education background serving as the cornerstone of Beyond20’s Higher Education ITSM Consulting practice.
Rivers has lead numerous Service Catalog Workshops and consulting engagements with Beyond20, working in each case to ensure a sound process from design to retirement. These experiences, and his seasoned perspective on ITSM in higher education, are reflected in his Educause Connect session – incorporating depth in theory and practice, and maybe a game or two.
“For many universities, creating a service catalog is a deceptively complex task,” said Rivers. “We offer so much to our campuses that it can become difficult to capture it all. It is a true joy to guide people through the process of creating this foundational component of their ITSM journey.”
