ITSM and CyberSecurity Consulting firm Beyond20 today unveiled two new Cherwell mApps (Mergeable Applications), available immediately from the Beyond20 mApp Factory™. The mApps include Cherwell integration with Bomgar PAM (Privileged Access Management) and Automated Software Deployment.

Mergeable Applications, or mApps, are pre-built extensions, enhancements, or third-party integrations Cherwell users can add to their Cherwell Service Management™ implementations.

The Bomgar PAM Integration mApp enables teams to manage access to systems, determine the duration of access sessions, and review session forensics – including video – directly from Cherwell. Integrating these two powerful tools allows security teams to keep a sharp eye on security without losing precious time or productivity.

The Agile Development mApp provides functionality that allows users to create, maintain, and follow Agile methodology for development of processes, applications, and systems using Cherwell to track development projects over iterative sprints. Teams can now collaborate on Agile projects without leaving Cherwell.

The Automated Software Deployment mApp provides functionality that allows users to create a list of applications users can request from the Cherwell Portal. Applications will follow an approval path if required, or be queued for install on the customer’s computer.
