Beyond20, a ServiceNow Elite Partner specializing in technology consulting, implementation, and managed services, today announced that it has been awarded a Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services contract by the Texas Department of Information Resources.
Through DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6226, Texas state agencies, local governments, public education institutions, and other eligible entities can procure Beyond20’s services through the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program.
Beyond20 is approved to provide services across the following technology categories:
The DIR Cooperative Contracts Program gives eligible organizations access to vendors and contract terms that have already been competitively procured by the State of Texas. This can help organizations reduce procurement time while following applicable purchasing and Statement of Work requirements.
“Technology projects are most successful when organizations have a clear path from planning through implementation and long-term improvement,” said Erika Flora, CEO of Beyond20. “This contract gives Texas public sector organizations another way to access experienced guidance and delivery support. We’re proud to have earned DIR’s approval and look forward to helping organizations build services and platforms that work well in practice and continue delivering value over time.”
Beyond20 brings nearly two decades of experience helping public sector and commercial organizations improve how they plan, implement, govern, and support technology. Its capabilities include ServiceNow consulting and implementation, technology assessments and roadmaps, enterprise workflow design, ITIL-based process improvement, organizational change management, and ongoing platform support via managed services.
As a ServiceNow Elite Partner, Beyond20 combines platform expertise with a practical, education-focused delivery approach. The company works with clients to connect technology decisions to organizational goals, strengthen governance, improve adoption, and build sustainable internal capabilities.
Organizations purchasing through DIR-CPO-6226 will follow the applicable DIR Statement of Work and ordering processes. Additional information about the contract, covered service categories, and purchasing instructions is available on Beyond20’s Texas DIR contract page.
