Proficiency in IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Project Management tools (Cherwell Service Management, Service Now, Remedy, MS Project Server, etc.) is a plus, as is experience with other methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile Software Development, Scrum, CMMI, etc).
