Beyond20 provides expert Agile/Scrum instruction and workshop facilitation to demonstrate the utility of the Scrum framework using a fully customizable agenda. The live classroom session was delivered as a private, on-site, two-day course with a format tailored to match the specific needs of the employees and the common experiences they faced. The exam for the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification ensured students left with an industry-recognized certification of their new skills.
The Scrum Kickstart Program starts with a 2-day Certified ScrumMaster course for up to 20 students with course material tailored to fit the needs of your organization.
Training is immediately followed by a 1-day Scrum planning session with a single team of up to 10 participants. The planning session guides your team through the infrastructure, documents, and skills needed to begin work, so you can immediately apply the techniques learned in class.
Challenges and questions will inevitably arise when your team gets started with Scrum. Unaddressed, these challenges can stop a new Scrum team in its tracks. To avoid this, your Scrum coach will work with the team once a week to answer questions, uncover and resolve challenges, and continue to improve. Over the course of six weeks, the team will form new habits that will allow them to continue their success with Scrum.
