THE PROJECT

Upon reconfiguring its Cherwell system to better fit its unique needs, this state government agency required formal training for their Cherwell administrators to ensure they could continue to maintain the system in accordance with best practice. Specifically, the agency sought Cherwell admin training around configuration, installation, aligning relationships and forms, and using automated workflows to support process improvement.

OUR APPROACH

Beyond20 provided week-long Cherwell admin training, delivered both on-site and remotely, equipping the agency’s team with the skills they’d need to manage Cherwell with ease. The Foundation-level class covered both the nuts and bolts of the Cherwell system, along with custom modules designed to fit the agency’s specific needs and challenges.

THE PROJECT

A large Midwest city underwent an initiative to improve their ITSM support capabilities through better use of their Cherwell Service Management tool. Despite having previous experience with Cherwell, the city saw an opportunity to improve key personnel’s understanding of the system and its capabilities. The city needed its Cherwell administrators to better understand configuration and installation, to build new business objects, relationships, and forms, and to quickly build and modify automated workflows. They also sought training on report generation and dashboard creation.

OUR APPROACH

Beyond20 was brought in to provide on-site and remote Cherwell Admin Training. An Administration Foundation Course was conducted with content tailored to the city’s needs. We accommodated employees’ diverse locations by offering virtual, self-paced training for those who couldn’t be on site for the in-person training.

THE PROJECT

A global health & wellness retailer implemented Cherwell as part of their larger IT improvement initiatives. In wanting to better equip its Cherwell Administrators for their configuration and maintenance responsibilities, the retailer sought an experienced training provider and Cherwell partner to provide key IT staff with an in-depth understanding of the platform.

OUR APPROACH

Beyond20 provided on-site and remote Cherwell administrator training for the IT staff who would be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of Cherwell. Beyond20 also provided training in a virtual, self-paced format, allowing students the flexibility to balance their training with work responsibilities.
