Principal

Brian is a results-oriented Information Technology professional with over 12 years experience in driving technology solutions to business, financial, and logistical issues within rapidly changing environments. He is experienced in Business Continuity Planning with an emphasis on Enterprise Storage and Internet technologies.

Brian is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum in San Diego and a founding member of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) chapter in San Diego. He attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a Certified Scrum Master, ITIL v3 Expert, ITIL v2 Service Manager, and ISEB accredited Master ITSM Instructor. Brian actively competes in running and triathlon events and is a member of Tri Club San Diego.

Principal

Erika is an accomplished IT / Drug Development Program Manager with more than 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry. She has a proven track-record of improving and impacting corporations through the redesign of processes and utilization of enterprise technology solutions. Further, she has led multiple Enterprise Project Management (EPM) implementations for both large and small companies.

Erika is PMP certified as well as MS Project / Project Server Black Belt certified through IIL and Microsoft and holds a Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management. She is a skilled writer and presenter on a variety of technical and business topics. Erika is also active in the community. She currently serves as President of the ITSMf San Diego LIG and was voted "Volunteer of the Year" by PMI® International in 2007.
