Beyond20 announces three new cherwell mapps at cherwell global conference

ITSM and CyberSecurity Consulting firm Beyond20 today unveiled three new Cherwell mApps (Mergeable Applications), available immediately from the Beyond20 mApp Factory™. The mApps include Cherwell integration with Bomgar PAM (Privileged Access Management), Agile Project Management, and Automated Software Deployment.

Mergeable Applications, or mApps, are pre-built extensions, enhancements, or third-party integrations Cherwell users can add to their Cherwell Service Management™ implementations.

The Agile Development mApp provides functionality that allows users to create, maintain, and follow Agile methodology for development of processes, applications, and systems using Cherwell to track development projects over iterative sprints. The Automated Software Deployment mApp provides functionality that allows users to create a list of applications users can request from the Cherwell Portal. Applications will follow an approval path if required, or be queued for install on the customer's computer.

Beyond20 Principal Advisor, Erika Flora, was honored last week with Smart CEO's Executive of the Year Award at their annual Executive Management Awards gala in Washington, DC. Flora, honored for her leadership style, strategic vision, and commitment to mentorship, joins an elite group of DC area executive-level managers presented with this year's award.

Beyond20 Senior Advisor to speak on service catalog development at educause connect conferences in denver and miami

Beyond20 Senior Advisor, Andy Rivers, has been selected along with Karalee Woody to present "Service Catalog: An End-to-End Perspective" at Educause Connect conferences this year in Denver (March 2 – 4) and Miami (April 6 – 8). The former Associate CIO of the University of Tennessee system has over ten years experience in the industry, his higher education background serving as the cornerstone of Beyond20's Higher Education ITSM Consulting practice.

Rivers has lead numerous Service Catalog Workshops and consulting engagements with Beyond20, working in each case to ensure a sound process from design to retirement. Appropriately, there are currently six videos in the series specific to Cherwell 6.01, each of which walks Cherwell users through a feature new to version 6.01.

Beyond20 principal erika flora publishes guidebook for pmi volunteer leaders

Beyond20 announced today the publication of its e-book, “(More than) 101 Ways to Add Value to Your PMI Chapter: A Guidebook for Volunteer Leaders”. Written by BEYOND20 Principal Erika Flora (PMP, PgMP), the free e-book offers guidance to local PMI chapters on volunteer leadership, innovative programming, and best practice as taken from PMI Chapters around the globe.

The tips and program ideas included in the e-book come from Erika’s own experiences as a PMP volunteer leader and board member. Her thorough research, vetting, and testing of these ideas became a robust “How-to” guide – one helped that her increase PMI Phoenix’s volunteer count from 2 to 200 individuals in a single year – an accomplishment that led to Erika’s selection as PMI International’s Volunteer of the Year.

The series, currently comprised of over 60 how-to videos, serves as a digital handbook crafted by Beyond20's expert Cherwell implementation consultants. The detailed, vidually stunning video series provides tips for beginners and experts alike, the content carefully selected by Beyond20's implementation team based on their vast collective experience with Cherwell's exceptionally customizable Service Management platform.

Beyond20's KickStart implementation packages will allow customers to get up and running quickly on the Cherwell Service Management platform. Three KickStart packages will be available: KickStart Core, KickStart Genius, and KickStart Genius with Mobile. KickStart Core features the most commonly requested Cherwell system functionality, including Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, and a Service Catalog. The ITIL Assessment contract was awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from public solicitation. Beyond20 will aid the Courts in more effectively and efficiently managing IT processes, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction, improving productivity, skills, and delivery of third party services. In addition to the Assessment Report & Gap Analysis, Beyond20 will deliver an actionable Roadmap and Training Plan specific to the Courts' needs - a process not unfamiliar to the Washington DC-based company.
