Course Status: This course is no longer available as the ITIL v2 Service Manager Exam has been retired. Candidates who need to retake the ITIL v2 Service Manager exam may do so until October 31, 2010.

Those who have existing ITIL v2 Service Manager Certifications have untl June 30, 2010 to complete the ITIL Manager's bridge course and update to ITIL v3 Expert.
