Course Description: This intense, instructor led ITIL training course leads to a Foundation Certification IT Service Management as described in version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). In this course you'll prepare for the ITIL v3 Foundation certification exam while learning key ITIL concepts from a Beyond20 Black Belt Instructor with "real world" experience managing IT operations and ITSM programs. The course is structured around an interactive case study, and takes a workshop style approach to learning about IT Service Management. In addition to exam preparation and practice quizzes, you will actively participate in "round table" style discussions and group exercises in order to gain valuable context for textbook concepts. The one-hour ITIL v3 Foundations certification exam will be administered onsite at the end of the third day. This course is accredited by LCS, EXIN, and PMI, and provides 18 Professional Development Units (PDU's) for students who are PMP certified. Who Should Attend: Senior IT and Business Executives, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Service Desk Staff, IT Management and Technical Staff, Consultants, and others interested in learning about IT Service Management.
