On-Site Cherwell Admin Training

This 4.5-day instructor-led course provides students with a foundational understanding of Cherwell Service Management® including: the self-service portal, configuration through Cherwell's Codeless Business Application Technology (CBAT), metrics and reporting, and real-time dashboards.

Audience

This course is designed for Cherwell customers who have not yet implemented the platform. Each lesson and activity will familiarize students with the Cherwell's out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality, and provide hands-on, instructor-guided practice with Cherwell's basic features.

Agenda

Taught by a Beyond20 Senior Solutions Consultant with years of Cherwell experience, the activities and hands-on exercises included in this course equips students with the ability to:

  • Navigate and use the basic functionality in CSM effectively
  • Evaluate the default content in CSM for reuse
  • Make considerations for specific modifications to the OOTB content
  • Create a list of questions and considerations for your self-service portal
  • Create simple dashboards and reports
  • Import Chewell mApps®
  • Begin filling out the Preparing to Implement Guide and be ready to discuss the implementation with your consultant
