ITIL Foundations Training Overview

The ITIL Foundations training course provides an opportunity for IT professionals to step back from daily firefighting and explore Best Practices in IT Service Management (ITSM) as described in ITIL 2011. You will learn about key ITIL structures, ITIL processes and ITIL terminology, while discussing the practical implications of Service Management concepts.

ITIL Foundations Course Description

Interactive ITIL TrainingPeople learn in different ways, so our ITIL Foundations Course is designed to introduce ITIL concepts using a variety of methods. In addition to exam preparation and practice quizzes, you will actively participate in "round table" style discussions, group exercises, and even games in order to give practical context to ITIL concepts. This approach is certainly more interesting and fun, and it works: over 99% of our students pass the ITIL Foundations exam on the first attempt!  This course will prepare you for success on the ITIL Foundations Certification Exam, which is delivered on the final day of class. Candidates passing the exam will earn the ITIL Foundations Certification.
