Cherwell Training: CSM Foundations

Note:  Enrollment in this course is open to existing Beyond20 customers ONLY.  

This 4.5 day instructor-led training course allows participants to learn about the highlights of Cherwell Service Management® including: the web-enabled self-service portal, configuration using Cherwell Codeless Business Application Technology (CBAT), metrics and reporting and real-time dashboards.

Intended Audience
The target audience for this course is a customer who has not yet implemented Cherwell Service Management® (CSM). Each lesson and activity focuses training the student on what is included in the out-of-the-box (OOTB) and the basic functionality of the software.

Course Objectives
Through course activities and hands on exercises, students completing this course will also be able to:

  • Navigate and use the basic functionality in CSM effectively
  • Evaluate the default content in CSM for reuse
  • Make considerations for specific modifications to the OOTB content
  • Create a list of questions and considerations for your self-service portal
  • Create simple dashboards and reports
  • Start filling out your Preparing to Implement Guide and be prepared to discuss the implementation with your consultant
