Proficiency in IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Project Management tools (Remedy, HP Service Desk, ITSM, MS Project Server, MS SharePoint, etc.) is a plus, as is experience with other methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile Software Development, Scrum, CMMI, etc).
